Not bad, but you need to get a chunk of caramel to get that taste.
My kids and I love these!! We recently tried them at a wonderful coffee shop. Great tasting, good for you. An overall great start to the day!
Umpqua Oats are my favorite! I first tried them at a local coffee shop. Use hot milk or cream for a real treat. Not recommended to microwave - but you can do it. Tasty and filling.
Umpqua is the best oatmeal meal ever. So easy to use and tastes great.
I'm in heaven! This is the best oatmeal ever! It's delicious. It is thick and has a grainy texture to it. I feel like eating something very healthy and tasty at the same time. It is definitely not that bland tasting oatmeal you get in ithe instant variety. A couple of things I've learned about this oatmeal. First, I add boiling hot water to the oatmeal rather than just hot tap water. Because the oatmeal is more grainy the hotter water makes it more chewy and fibrous. Second, stirring this oatmeal is very important. The first couple of times I tried it I did not stir it well enough and the bottom part of the carton got most of the salt. Stirring it more gives the oatmeal a better taste. I wish it came in a bigger carton. I like it so much I usually eat two. Sometimes I eat it as a snack.
The first time I had Umpqua Oats was when I was vacationing in Hawaii. I remember thinking why would I pay $3.00+ for a cup of oatmeal, then found myself daily back at the same coffee shop for more. We've even broken them down to find out how we could whip up a batch of their goodness ourselves. Bottom line its the best oatmeal I've ever had; Kick Start blend has been my personal favorite but many of the others are great as well. Boil, Consume, Repeat Daily.
I mix one scoop of Strawberry Protein Powder in these for an extra source of protein. Love this brand of oats ..super creamy!!
Very filling! And Tasty. Thick and hearty for a cold Wisconsin winter breakfast!
